1 ] . J ■ : : VETERAN IS STILL DANGEROUS ; Many Lancaster Racing Enthusiasts , Believe Old Fellow Will Repeat in Inaugural Handicap. LANCASTER, Ohio, June 19.— Old Hamburger - Jim, now eleven years old, but as s I sound and as game as ever, will race at the e forthcoming meeting of the Lancaster Racing .. Association, Inc., opening Saturday, r June 24, for nine days. Hamburger Jim recently won two straight t J races at North Randall for A. K. Miller, who claimed him from J. J. Brumage, of i Bremen, last spring. However, the North h Randall victories were the first of the year r for the "Wimpy" horse, and it is doubtful if if he will win as many races as he did in n 1938, when he accounted for eight. Hamburger Jim, hereabouts, is regarded d as a "Lancaster" horse. Brumage, for many y years, prepared him for his annual cam- I- paign at the local track, and the old fellow VJ ] always seemed to run some of his best races S here. Last year, he won the Inaugural il Handicap. There are many fans who believe e he will win the Inaugural this year. .
