The man- - | j t ner in which this miss raced and won indi- - j j 1 cated that she may be well on her way into I class "C" company, for she ran the mile I end a sixteenth in 1:44, only one second 1 a j short of the track record for that distance. | 1 Even though the daughter of Lucullite ; 1 came up to the Sir Walter Handicap, fouith 1 j j i event on the Queens County Jockey Clubs 3 ; rather colorless wash-day card, off a five ; j 1 length triumph in a ,000 claimer, and a i I three lengths score in a ,500 claimer, the 2 ! : talent at the Long Island course failed to j J s give her much of a tumble.
