FERNANDEZ SETTING PACE CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 19.— After the , first nineteen days of this meeting, Antonio J. Fernandez, Cuban rider, leads the jockeys I here with twenty-one victories. Jack Rich-lard and Alex Schlenker are tied for second i place, each with seventeen. Ty Meloche is third with nine. Leading the apprentice j riders with six wins is little Douglas West : who is under contract to M. Joseph Schmitt J Elmer Thomas and Edward Elam are tied for second place, each with five triumphs.
