TROUBLE BREWING IN DANZIG DANZIG, Free City, June 19.— Conviction that Danzig has not many more days left of life as a free city grew today in the wake of Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels assertion that "Danzig is German." Goebbels statement, made in a speech yesterday, capping Danzigs Nazi-inspired "culture week," was the occasion also for an unprecedented display of storm troops and elite guards strength. Polish troops meanwhile were being closely concentrated on Polish territory adjoining the frontiers of the Danzig free city area.
