Test Blackout Successful CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., May 20. Track superintendent Henry Ericson, named as air raid warden for this area, reported that a test blackout conducted here at Charles Town Monday night proved a huge success. He announced that horsemen and their employees cooperated in the alert very satisfactorily.
