Woolfs Contradiction, one of last years outstanding two-year-olds, is due here in a day or. so from the Woolfbrd Farm in . Kansas, trainer Ross A. Higdon said this morning. The homebred son of Insco, who sustained a foot injury in winning the Pim-lico Futurity last fall and who has been turned out ever since, is to be placed in Serious training for a return to competition in late summer. Contradiction, who earned 3,775 last season, has been under light training at the farm and so far this spring has shown no evidence of the injury that caused his retirement last fall. With Contradiction from the farm will come the three-year-old Constant Ann and the two-year-old Lawrelda. Their additions to the stable will raise to 36 the number of thoroughbreds Higdon has at Lincoln Fields for the Kansas City sportsman.
