OFF AT 6:00 EASTERN STANDARD TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won easily; second and third driving. MISS BOO worked her way forward steadily under confident handling, responded readily when shaken up entering the stretch and, wearing down FLYING HERO, won going away. BRIGHT TRACE, in close quarters to the stretch, came determinedly when clear for the drive, but was not good enough for the winner, although easily best of the others. FLYING HERO, a sharp factor from the beginning, reached the lead when settled for the drive, then weakened during the final furlong. FOUR DEEP went to the front approaching the stretch, then tired badly. PRONTO EAGLE was outrun. BOLD LUCY gave way after showing early speed. VINITA HARVEST was never dangerous. TWINK SHOT began fast, but failed to stay. MICHIGAN CHEVY raced forwardly placed to the stretch, then quit badly. Scratched— 99011 Brace Play, 105. Overweight— Miss Boo, 3 pounds; Bright Trace, 1. SUPER MARINES saved ground while outrun to the stretch, came between horses during the drive and, responding to brisk handling, disposed of GAY FRANKA in the last stride. GAY FRANKA worked way forward steadily, held a short lead when settled in the stretch, but could not withstand the winner, just missing. BUILDER, never far back, finished determinedly in a sharp effort. ANTHEM went to the front early, bothered CYCLORAMA near the three-furlongs pole and, after establishing a clear advantage approaching the stretch, failed to stay when set down in the drive. SEMPER AVANTI held on well in a good effort and had no mishap. MARIE J. was outrun. JOE M. JR. raced wide. FLAG ANCHOR was never prominent. CYCLORAMA, forced to take up sharply when impeded by ANTHEM near the three-furlongs pole, failed to recover thereafter. Overweight— Semper Avanti, 1 pound; Marie J., 1; Flag Anchor, 3. VALDINA SENORA went to the front early, drifted out badly entering the stretch, but lasted under strong handling to withstand SEE D. The latter, a sharp factor from the beginning, saved ground throughout and finished willingly, but could not overhaul the winner. BEN GRAY, never far back and well handled, closed stoutly in a sharp effort. FAY FOO, outrun and racing wide to the final quarter, responded readily when set down in the drive and finished fast. BOLO TIE began well, raced prominently to the stretch, then weakened. SON FOREVER, slow to reach best stride, was never dangerous and failed to rally when roused for the drive. LIGHTFOOT LADY was outrun. LEES SUMMIT began slowly and was never a serious factor. BONEVA M., FRACTIOUS WHILE AT THE STARTING GATE, WAS SCRATCHED AFTER SHE INJURED HERSELF AND ALL MONEY WAGERED ON HER WAS REFUNDED. OUR ALL, forwardly placed from the beginning, responded readily when hard ridden through the stretch and, after wearing down PLOVER BRAND, lasted to withstand SWEEP SWINGER. The latter, sluggish at the beginning and far back to the stretch, came to the inside thereafter and finished with a rush, but could not overhaul the winner. PLOVER BRAND went to the front early, made the pace to the last furlong, then faltered. GREAT WALL closed willingly under punishment.
