War Bugle Injured; Ordered Withdrawn FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 4.— A refund was made on War Bugle in the first race here this afternoon when the horse reared in the gate and hurt himself. The stewards ordered the horse scratched, and a refund was made on the regular wagering, as well as the Daily Double. Willie Skidmore, who was astride War Bugle, was not injured.
