Double Training Fatality FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit. Mich., June 4. — In a training accident at the local track this morning. Milton Shagrin lost Punchn Judy and G. R. Slate lost Teulight. The horses collided while working and Punchn Judy was killed on the spot. Teulight galloped back into the six-furlong chute, then dropped dead. A passing train frightened the thoroughbreds and caused the fatal mishap. Fortunately, the exercise boys involved were not injured.
