Johnson Resigns TRPB Post BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 13. — It was learned here today that Richard A. Johnson has resigned as special representative of the Thoroughbred Racing Bureau. Spencer J. Drayton, executive secretary of the Thoroughbred Racing Associations, of which the TRPB is an affiliate, confirmed the report. Johnson, who joined the TRPB shortly after Drayton organized it, was not available for comment today.
