BOLD LUCY, away fastest, drew into a clear lead and saved ground, but was roused mildly near the end. GLORY STEP, never far back, was taken to the outside for the drive and closed well. MAJOR V. improved his position gradually and finished with a rush. BOLD COPPER, forwardly placed from the beginning, moved up stoutly in the stretch, but was not good enough. INVERETTE finished well from a slow beginning. EVA WEBRE was never a threat. SHREWD QUEST could not keep up. MI0LA quit under pressure. COLTY SHOCK flashed early speed. PHIL TOWN was steadied within reach of the leaders, moved through on the inside to take command in the stretch and drew out to win easily. A LA BUD, slow to settle in stride, improved his position gradually, secured room on the inside entering the stretch and finished well, but was no match for the winner. LADY SEAT0N trailed the field until entering the stretch, then closed with a rush. NAUGHTY BABY moved up stoutly to challenge in the stretch, but flattened out. SUN SYMBOL had good early speed, took command on the turn and weakened. FERMA was sent to the front early, but could not keep up. MR. R. PRECO moved into closer contention between horses on the turn and held on well. FAFF lacked early speed, but finished well between horses. SHOW moved up with a rush in the early stretch, but hung. VALDINA BRIGHT, away fastest, raced evenly. FERGIES ARIEL could not keep up while saving ground. STRING BAND was outrun in a dull effort. MINUTES lacked early speed, raced greenly in the stretch weaving to the inside after going slightly wide, but finished well. ESS KAY was sent into a clear lead and saved ground, but tired. HATTIE STAR lacked early speed, went around on the outside in the stretch and made up some ground. MUD GUARD raced evenly, but was not dangerous. LIGHTFOOT LADY raced closest to the pace of the winner into the stretch and held on well. SUNCLAD raced evenly and forwardly in a good effort. SAND STORM closed a good gap from a slow beginning. DORAS SON had speed from the beginning, raced lapped on SLY TIGRESS and on the outside around the turn, then drew out under punishment. SLY TIGRESS was sent to the front at once, met the bid of the winner boldly and held on well. MALI JOHNNY improved his position gradually and closed with a rush. LEOS BRANDY, prominent from the beginning, went slightly wide entering the stretch, but held on well. STATIC CHASER was rushed into contention, but was unable to engage the leaders. TRY FLIGHT was sent into a short lead, but flattened out when challenged. TOUCH TARGET was unable to threaten. CLOSE UP was never dangerous. ROSEMERE SIS could not keep up.
