Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 13.— The Kentucky State Racing Commission met here today and voted unanimously to uphold the Keeneland stewards in a ruling suspending trainer C. C. Heverly for 60 days, due to the inconsistent performance of Graustark, a horse in the Heverly trained Mrs. M. Eck-man stable. At the time the ruling was made at Keeneland against Heverly, all horses he conditioned also were suspended for the 60-day period.
