Cal Midi Brings Top Price Of ,400 at Albany Sale GOLDEN GATE FIELDS, Albany, Calif., May 14. — A three-year-old, three two-year-olds and seven yearlings went under the hammer in the Golden Gate Fields stabling area last Wednesday morning under the auspices of the Bloodstock Agency of California. Top price of the vendue was the ,400 paid for Cal Midi, a two-year-old filly by Soleil du Midi — Calwar, by Justice F. Hustle Bustle, a daughter of Dogaway — Thorn o Night brought the second highest bid of the session, ,300. Eight of the offerings were the property of the Heather Farm of Mrs. John W.
