Phil Iselin at Pimlico PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 14.— Phil Iselin, an official of the Monmouth Jockey Club, was an early arrival of expected visitors from that area. Iselin and his associates at Monmouth Park anticipate a successful meeting at the Oceanport, N. J., course, where the meeting runs from June 20 to August 10.
