Collins fleet stakes performer, Vulcans Forge, winner of the recently de-? cided Subrban Handicap at Belmont Park, drew the top weight assignment of 128 pounds when handicapper Charles J. McLennan posted imposts today for the 0,000 Governors Handicap, which is to be run here next Saturday. Woolford Farms Delegate, presently quartered in Chicago, is assigned 119 pounds, and Frederick W. Hoopers Argentine-bred Colosal, gets in the one mile and one-sixteenth stake under 118 pounds.
