BEA RIGHT, never far back and well handled, responded well when ridden out through the stretch and, after disposing of TRY IKE, won going •« away. MAD MOMENT steadily improved his position to the stretch, was sent to the inside of BEA RIGHT for 5 the drive and closed resolutely. TRY IKE assumed command at the start and made the pace to the last furlong, oc then faltered. PANCHO SUPREME was sent up on the inside for the drive, but failed to rally under brisk O urging. MONTEREY lacked early speed and was never dangerous. MR. JAY failed to stay after showing early **■ speed. J0DINA began slowly. BOLARIS was through early. CHOCK ABLOCK, on the outside and racing evenry to the stretch, responded well when hard ridden during the drive and wore down the leaders during the last sixteenth. MARKET OUT, on the inside from the start, raced with WISE SUN to the stretch, then reached the lead during the drive, but could not hold the winner. WISE SUN assumed command at the outset, made the pace to the stretch while engaging MARKET OUT, then faltered in the drive. ORISKANY could not better his position when hard ridden through the stretch. JOES SUN tired after racing well to the stretch. DA DO was never dangerous. ALTUCE was far back throughout. HI NEIGHBOR, never far back and in hand to the stretch, took command when ready and drew clear without need of urging. DEVILSAND, much used engaging REDGIE to the stretch, reached the lead when the latter gave way, but could not withstand the winner. MASON DIXON, saved to the last quarter, finished well under punishment. RIEL FIRE made a bold bid entering the stretch, then weakened. LAYOUT raced wide. REDGIE raced with DEVILSAND to the stretch and tired. TIGER AGE was never dangerous. OMINOUS showed nothing. Scratched— 76105 Momo Flag, 115; 76572 Maneen, 107; 75293 Pegasus, 114.
