Cecil Killed in Auto Crash FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 14. — Charles Cecil, of Danville, 111., who formerly raced a small stable in charge of trainer Tom Young, was killed in an automobile accident in his home city according to word received by Young on Monday nieht.
