Jockey R. Powers Fined THORNCLIFFE PARK, Leaside, Ont., June 14. — Jockey R. Powers was fined 0 for not keeping his horse, Charles Bryce, straight ,in the stretch run in the second race today. Charles Bryce finished third but was disqualified and placed last for crossing over at the sixteenth pole and interfering with Viola Kap.
