Three Rulings Announced By Thorncliffe Stewards THORNCLIFFE PARK, Leaside, Ont., June 14. — The Thorncliffe stewards released the following rulings: "Jockey H. Palaez was fined 5 for creating a disturbance in the jockey room and making unfounded charges against another rider after the fifth race on Monday, June 13. "Trainer L. Quigley was fined 0 for entering the horse Gayalis, in a race on Tuesday, June 14, for which she was not eligible. The race was for non-winners in 1949. Gayalis won on June 4, 1949. "Owner J. Clements was fined 5 for entering the horse Bunty Belle in the fifth race for Tuesday, June 14 when she was not registered with the Thorncliffe Racing Association."
