Steeplechase Precautions DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 14. — During the running of steeplechase events at Delaware Park, two stretcher bearers, with Red Cross first aid training, will be stationed at each jump. Also, an ambulance will be stationed near the paddock entrance and another will stand by on the main track in the backstretch.
