Commission Rulings I Reported to Daily Racing Form I I 2 2 PROVIDENCE. R. I., May 1.— The A Rhode Island Racing and Athletics Commission released the following ruling: "In accordance with the ruling of the stewards at Lincoln Downs, the t suspension of trainer Frank Prinxo and groom Rocco FemineUa, issued on April 20, 1951, in connection with the stimulation of the horse, Gilded Trump, winner of the ninth race on April 17, 1951, is hereby approved and it is fur- ther ordered that said suspension be continued for a period of 90 days from April 21, 1951. All horses trained or in the care of trainer Frank Prinzo shall remain suspended for said period, unless request for transfer is duly approved by the Racing and Athletics Commission. t "Permission is hereby granted to ! Mrs. Helen Ditta, 133-17. 140th Street, South Ozone Park 20, N. Y., for the transfer of the horse, Gilded Trump, from trainer Frank Prinzo, suspended, to trainer Gordon Molten."
