B. Price, winner of the second race April 22, proved positive to contain desoxyephedrine or an analogue thereof, trainer W. B. Mc-2 Briwn is suspended indefinitely and is de-80 nied the privileges of the course. The purse won by Herald is hereby forfeited, redistributed and awarded as follows: 00 — first money to Crest Nut; 50 — second money to Miojo; 5 — third money to Tee Em Ess; 0 — fourth money to Mr Mr; 0 — fifth money to Aoia; 5 — sixth money to Marching Baby. "The horses owned by R. B. Price, namely, Atit Chief, Queen Lamar, Wee Harney, Sea Heiress and Herald together with J. Moyers Changing Time and C. E. Prices Top Lieutenant will not be eligible to race until placed in charge of a trainer approved by the board of stewards offi- dating at this meeting," by order of the stewards.
