Y., May 1.— Phil Bieber, president of the Horsemans Mutual, announced yesterday that members will be assessed an annual charge of 0 to cover stenographic work and alL incidental expenses. This payment will fall due on May 15, and, thereafter, all new applicants for membership will be required to pay this 0 fee in addition to the regular 0 initiation fee. Bieber said that he hoped to mail cards within the next two weeks to all members, showing membership paid up. The 0 assessment just announced should be mailed to I. Marschner, Whitman Hotel, Jamaica. L. I., N. Y., and cheques or money orders should be made payable to "Horsemans Mutual." All members are urged to co-operate, and mail cheques 6r money orders promptly.
