Race Proceeds to Foundation SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 1. — Proceeds of Wednesdays extra event on the nine-race program at Sportsmans Park will go to the Illinois Chapter of the Arthritis and Rheumatism Foundation. Frank Mandel, a former member of the Illinois Racing Board and now active in the foundation, is one of the sponsors.
