Fails on Only Two Days SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 17. — For the first 21 days of the Suffolk Downs current meeting, Ralph Borge-menke, the sensational apprentice, has failed to reach the winners circle on only two days, one of them last Friday over a muddy track. The other blank -was on April 27. He has ridden 133 mounts to date and has 34 winners, 28 seconds and 18 thirds.
