Waterford Park Handicap Top Impost to Solicitor Event Features Saturdays First Card at New West Virginia Track WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Va., May 17.— Racing secretary Fred Burton today announced weights for the 15 horses eligible to start in the ,500 Waterford I Park Handicap, six-furlong dash which will headline Saturdays inaugural program at the nations newest race course. S. Richs Solicitor, winner of his only two races in Maryland — one at Bowie and the other at Pimlico— has been given the top impost of i24 pounds. Mrs. M. Rogans JJuke Aumar is next in line with 120. Duke Aumar led from end to end in his last appearance at Bowie and was a good third to Weatherman and June Feast in his previous outing. Lawless Miss, from the G. Y. Booker barn, has drawn a package of 116 pounds. The eight-year-old Gallahadion mare, long a favorite of the fans on the West Virginia circuit, has not competed since her brief campaign at Lincoln Downs, where she displayed good form. The other weights grade from the 113 assigned Guided Missile and Mad Hare to the 99 given With Ease, the least regarded of the probable starting field. The weights follow: Horse. Wt. Horse. Wt.
