Army-Navy Game to Be Played In Philly Next Three Years PHILADELPHIA, Pa., May 17 UP.— The Army-Navy football game will be played in Philadelphia for the next three years, and possibly through 1957, under terms of an ordinance introduced in City Council today. The ordinance, introduced by Mayor Bernard Samuel, would permit extension of the present stadium lease to the cadets and middies through 1954. It also would authorize the Mayor to grant the teams an optipn on the stadium for the three succeeding -years. The ordinance stated that the two service academies requested the contract and the option. " The present contract calls for a rental of 0,000 for use of the stadium with the city guaranteeing the condition of the playing field, traffic controls and about 20 other conditions.
