Andy Stanfield Seeks to Repeat Triple Win in Coliseum Relays LOS ANGELES, Calif., May 17 . UP . — Handy Andy Stanfield, Seton Halls edition of the "fastest human," has his job cut out for him tomorrow night when he seeks to repeat his triple win of last years Coliseum Relays. If he does duplicate in the Relaps eleventh renewal, hell be a superman. In two events he must beat men who have better marks this year. In the other, the 100-yard dash, no less than five have equaled his top time of 9.5 seconds. Probably his toughest chore will be the 220-yard low hurdles, where USCs Jack Davis, with a trim :23 on the books, rates the nod. Several others, including Donn Hildreth of Arizona State of Tempe and LAACs Dick Attlesy, have equaled Andys :23.1. UCLAS George Brown and his fine 25-foot, 8%-inch leap in the broad jump offers Stanfield no comfort. It is nearly eight inches better than Andys winning mark of last year and 4% inches farther than his all-time best of 25-feet, 4%-inch leap. His best opportunity to score a first is in the 100, where he is matched with UCLAs Rod Richard/ Morgan States Art Bragg, Los Angeles States Tom Williams, University of Texas freshman Dean Smith and the Olympic Clubs Charlie Peters, all 9.5 men.
