Biddy Jane Going to Detroit DETROIT, Mich., May 19— Mr. and Mrs. James R. Collins Biddy Jane, a close second to Calumet Farms Bubbley in the Debutante Stakes, and a Florida track xecord- holder, and perhaps one of the best two-year-old fillies to show thus far this year, presently is in New Jersey for her engagement in the Rancocas Stakes. Biddy Jane will be shipped here after filling her Garden State date and she will rejoin the locally-owned Collins Stable, which is trained by Jim Neil.
