No Decision on Newcombe Until Later This Week | WASHINGTON, D. C, May 19 UP.— A spokesman, for the Camp Pickett, Va., army hospital said today that a decision on the military future of pitcher Don Newcombe of the Brooklyn Dodgers will not be reached until he completes a physical examination by "the middle of the week." Newcombe, who was drafted last February, is reported to be suffering from a kidney ailment which brought about his discharge from the Navy in World War H. The Dodgers 20-game winner of last season entered the hospital last week for a Physicalcheck-up.. . ,
