Maryland Notes PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 19. William V. Keegan, finance commissioner of the city of Cumberland, Md., reports the arrival of foal by Tailspin out of Tandis. Since the foal arrived the day Keegan was elected finance commissioner of the city, it may be known as Finance when it gets to the races. Walter A. Edgars Miss President, following a poor effort here Wednesday, will be retired from racing and is scheduled to visit the court of the Maryland stallion, Occupy. J.Fred Col will, who served on the official family staff during the Pimlico meeting, opened his offices early Monday morning at the Bel Air track, where a 10-day meeting opens on Wednesday. Colwill seryes as racing secretary at Bel Air. Trainer Danny Shea has divided his stable, with one division going to Garden State Park while the other will be prepped for races at the Delaware Park meeting, which opens May 29.
