C s 5 t * c c * F c s * f f Judge Lifts Suspension Of Maine Ring Promoter AUGUSTA, Me., June 13 UP .—Superior Court Judge Edward Murray today lifted a six-month suspension of boxing promoter Sam Michael of Lewiston, when he ruled that there was no misrepresentation con- cerning an exhibition tour of heavyweight challenger Rocky Marciano of Brockton, Mass. Michael was suspended for his part in promoting the Maine tour on which Marciano fought his younger brother Louis, in- stead of advertised foes. Marciano drew a 30-day suspension April 23, but the period of the ban did not con-Diet with his fight schedule.
