J . 1 8 3 3 j Drayton, Laughlin at Omaha AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 13.— Spencer Drayton, president of the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau, journeyed in from Chicago and was in attendance for todays program as the guest of J. J. "Jake" Isaacson, general manager of Ak-Sar-Ben. Drayton was accompanied by Robert Laughlin, agent in charge of the central division of the TRPB, and William McNulty, representative of the New York office. Drayton and his companions were scheduled to return to the Windy City to- morrow.
