Kowall to See Star Race DETROIT, Mich., June 13. — Reuben Kowall, master of nearby Springbrook Farm, will leave for Chicago tonight to witness the performance of his establishments Pur Sang in the Lincoln Handicap, closing day stake for the Lincoln Fields meeting at Hawthorne. Kowall plans to remain in Illinois for several days and take in the inaugural week of the Arlington Park season. Trainer Johnny Zoeller conditions Pur Sang and other members of the Kowall-maintained Springbrook Farm stable.
