Y., June 13 UP.— Johnny Williams, British and Empire heavyweight champion, arrived by plane today, hoping that he would be matched against champion Jersey Joe Walcott for the worlds heavyweight title. Williams, who has won 56 of his 61 bouts, was accompanied by his manager, Ted Broadribb. Broadribb said they planned to stay in the U.
