Klucina and Fairmounr Staff Members Do Missionary Work FAIRMOUNT PARK, CollinsVille, 111., June 19. — Always on the- alert to obtain a higher caliber of horses, racing secretary Jack Klucina plans a trip to Ak-Sar-Ben at Omaha in the interests of the Fairmount Park track which is expected to reopen on June 27. The Omaha session closes July 4. Klucina just returned from Chicago where he was successful in securing several horses of the higher claiming bracket for the local course. From Detroit, Jack Goldstein contacted Klucina and stated that he was shipping five head from that point. Klucina will be accompanied to Omaha by John Daniel of the office staff and the pair will depart over the week-end. With further interest in getting a high type of thoroughbred Klucina is dispatching Ray Douglass, also of the official staff to River Downs to contact horsemen there in the interest of Fair-mount Park.
