KANDILLI was unhurried early, endeavored to move with the winner, but was no match. BLUE CROWN saved ground while setting the pace, retained the advantage into the stretch and gave way. GREENS FOLLY raced forwardly and weakened. SOMA ARCH caught tired horses. MISS LYRIC showed nothing. KOHIMA was through early. COPA-TIP broke badly VALLEYS LUCK quit. MY GOOD MAN assumed command early, fenced well except at the eleventh jump, then easily held sway. AUFTAKT made a strong effort to reach the leader on several occasions, but was no match. FRIESE raced evenly while jumping fairly well. CHANDELIER was unable to enter contention and bobbled at the seventh jump. BRIMFUL trailed much of the distance. BULLOW drifted out from the start, raced extremely wide into the stretch and drew clear. She was disqualified for bothering several horses while drifting out along the backstretch. INANAME moved from well back to engage the leader in the early stretch, was not good enough, but moved into the top spot. NEVER BETTER was always prominent and continued on fairly well. Hansman claimed foul against both BULLOW and INANAME and the former was disqualified. INDUS lacked the necessary rally after being bothered by BIG GIRL. MISS PIDGEON made up considerable ground. The latter was hard held while in front, dropped back while showing a tendency to loaf, then came again to be getting to the winner. FLAMING LADY closed well after being forced to steady briefly in the early stretch. JAC. BRIER attained command after the first mile, held a slight lead around the turn and weakened slightly.
