Stewards Rulings BLUE BONNETS, Montreal, Que., June 15. — The stewards posted the following ruling: "Trainer William Anderson is hereby fined 5 for changing equipment on Cotton Belle in the eighth race without permission." WATERFORD PARK, Chester, W. Va., June 15. — The stewards here have issued the following rulings: "Walter Van, jockeys agent, is fined 5 for failure, to properly take care of his duties. "Jockey G. Stidham is fined 5 for giving a call on his services without consulting his agent." SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, June 15. — The stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey Anthony DeSpirito, rider of Greek Stadium, who f inished in a dead heat for first place, is suspended the remainder of the meeting for allowing his mount to drift out and impede Rose Beauty in the run through the stretch in the sixth race, June 13. This ruling is effective June 16, 1953." DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 15. — The board of stewards ruled: "Jockey Darrel Madden is fined 0 for kicking his mount, A-Pacopep, after dismounting at the finish of the sixth race, June 13."
