Evening Out to Miss Acorn Due to Cuts on Hind Legs LegsBELMONT BELMONT PARK Elmont L I N Y April 30 Trainer Bert Mulhol land reported this morning that Mrs George D Wideners crack filly Eve ¬ ning Out had suffered injuries during the night that will at least keep her out of next Wednesdays Acorn Stakes The 1953 juvenile fily champion who made a successful return to action this week suffered cuts on her hind legs when she kicked the screen door of her stall and suffered cuts Mulholland is not sure just when or why it hap ¬ pened penedLast Last year Evening Out was tempo ¬ rarily sidelined by a similar injury which occurred when she was being unloaded from a van at Delaware Park While last nights mishap will keep the daughter of Shut Out from filling her engagement in the Acorn it is not be ¬ lieved to be serious enough to prevent her appearing in the Coaching Club American Oaks on May 29
