Fisherman Represents Third Derby Try for Woodhouse WoodhouseHEDLEY HEDLEY WOODHOUSE pilot of Fisher ¬ man has had two previous Derby mounts He piloted Palestinian to third place in 1949 and was twelfth with Trumpet King in 1950 A native of Vancouver B C Canada Woodhouse came to the races at Vancouver tracks riding his first winner on July 4 1940 at Lansdowne Park He still thinks his greatest racing thrill was piloting the good race mare Happy Issue to victory in the rapid time of 201 for the mile and a quarter
