DARLIN ANN. went to the front at once and, drawing away from the others after entering the stretch, was widening her margin at the .finish. HATS FIDDLE was always in second place and bested ANNA CHARGE narrowly in the- final drive. The latter-went evenly throughout in a creditable effort. ATTRACT lacked early speed, then moved up nearing the stretch turn, but lugged in during the stretch run. JUDGE JOE G. lacked his usual early speed and was never dangerous. THE PHOENIX was in close quarters nearing the stretch turn and was eased, then came to the outside :" Jhe stretch and, although bearing out rather badly in the stretch, won going away under urging. RUSTY L moved up gamely after entering the stretch to take command between calls about a sixteenth out, but was unable to hold the winner. COLORADO FOX lacked early speed, but made up much ground. LAST REQUEST went evenly. BILL BOY tired badly in the last eighth. GLADE WELL was through after going five furlongs. Overweight Narcisse, 2 pounds. INDIAN SERF had speed from the start, and continuing gamely after being headed by FULLOPEP, came to the outside of the latter in the last eighth to be up to win in the closing strides. FULLOPEP took a good lead nearing the stretch turn and, saving ground in the stretch, held on well. BLUE RENO was going steadily at the finish. MOLLY BELL also finished fairly well. RITE-ONE was unable to get to the leaders and weakened. SMUGSY WUGSY broke well but soon dropped out of it. HY-PATCH was never a serious contender. GYPS GOLD moved forward nearing the stretch turn to head ERRARD BEAU rounding the turn and, drawing out as she pleased in the stretch, finished far in front. ERRARD BEAU went to the front at once to make the pace and, while no match for the winner, was too good fpr the others. DOUBLE BARREL came steadily on the outside through the stretch. LADY JOKER soon went to the front and, shaking off TWEETY TWOM on the stretch turn, withstood a bid from FAITHFUL RING and held the latter to the end. FAITHFUL RING moved up on the outside nearing the stretch turn and was gaining on LADY JOKER when he stumbled nearing the finish and dropped back. MISS WHO was outrun to the stretch, then came fairly well. RAPA was slow to begin and was never a factor, although finishing fairly well. TWEETY TWOM went well for a half mile. BE-LOYAL tired. SPRING KHAL followed STEAK BONE closely while racing under rather tight restraint and, coming forward on the outside after entering the stretch, had no trouble taking command and drawing out. STEAK BONE went to the front early, saved ground and had no excuse. COW TOWN lacked early speed and trailed to the stretch, then passed tiring horses. REMODELED finished steadily. MYSTIC CHIEF gained steadily after going half the trip and, coming to the outside in the stretch, forged to the front and drew out slowly in the last sixteenth. MARVINS TIP also raced under restraint early, then made a fair move in the stretch, but seemed . to be in rather tight guarters an eighth out. FINE FETTLE came strongly when too late. ALHAMPERED finished fast. FRIEND FRANKIE was used up heading DINK and had little left. The latter quit badly after going six furlongs. BABY BATTLER was under restraint some distance back of the leaders for the first five furlongs, then moved up on the outside and, forging to the front an eighth out, took command, but was required to do her best near the end. PARTY KING was closest to DRUIDS LYRICS in the early part and look over after entering the stretch, but just lasted to hold second place. HIGH MIO was badly outrun early and lugged in behind the leaders after entering the stretch, then came to the outside to finish steadily. DRUIDS LYRICS tired. The others were outpaced.
