LUCKY CHIPS took command early, settled in the stretch with a good lead, then responded to .brisk handling and held LETS THINK safe. The latter, outrun to the stretch, saved ground entering the stretch and closed strongly, but could not get to the winner, although much the best of the others. HASTY BEE began alertly, raced well until inside the stretch, then faltered. PSYCHIC DREAM raced evenly and had no excuse. SO FAIR began sluggishly. GRANNY D. had early foot, but failed to stay. ULA could not keep up. REDEAL was-outrun. COVEY- raced. wide. ANN DEL drifted out during the last quarter mile while tiring. PAMARIS had early foot. SHORT TINT went to the front early, established a clear lead before entering the stretch and won with something left. PRY PAT steadily improved position to the stretch, closed determinedly but could not seriously threaten the top one. GREAT ADMIRAL gave a good effort and had no mishap. LEADING MAN raced nearest SHORT TINT to the final furlong, then faltered. LITTLE DOC was outrun and had "ho excuse. NARRATOR could not keep up and raced wide through the stretch. DATELINE began alertly but dropped back after the start and raced wide. LOVELY DEVIL raced forwardly placed to the last eighth, then gave way. RIDGE RUNNER showed nothing after beginning fast. PAK showed nothing. CHANCES ROLL was far back the entire trip. THE SPY, never far back, finished well under urging, but could not reach the winner. DOGEIANA raced evenly for a half mile, closed determinedly under punishment, but could not seriously threaten the top pair. POLYCHREST gave a good effort and had no excuse. HARPETH MISS began fast, raced with WICKED GIRL to the stretch, then weakened. CALICO CREEK was outrun. NOWADAY GIRL was never dangerous. PURIFY began poorly, losing all chance. MR.
