G and G Stable, Wright And Band Detroit Stars DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 11. The G and G Stable trainer Vester R. Wright and jockey Robert Lee Baird were in the spotlight here today. The G and G Stable, owned by T. Alie Grissom and Edward Gros-field, furnished the first four winners on the card, all, of course, trained by Wright and the first three ridden by Baird, who on Thursday piloted five winners. Lucky Chips won the first, Short Tint the second, Biddy Sue, the third and Wicked Girl the .fourth. Baird didnt have a mount in the latter race. Baird was second on G and Gs War Nimbus in the fifth and second on Grandview Stables Polemos in the sixth.
