JUVENILE HANDICAP WEIGHTS SALEM, N. H., June 3. Weights released by racing secretary H. D. Monroe for the Juvenile Handicap have Postage Due, from the A. G. Vanderbilt string, on top with 124 pounds, two more than Billie Bane has been asked to carry.
