LOOK FOR AMERICAN VICTORY Svecial Cablegram. LONDON, England, May 2G Boswell is highly fancied by many good judges to win the Epsom Derby. Held at 25 to 1, his price has steadily declined during the past two weeks. At the Victoria Clubs callover, about 5,000 was bet on him yesterday. At the annual pre-Derby luncheon, which was attended by owners, jockeys, trainers and prominent turfmen. Lord Londonderry declared "Boswell is certain to win." Concurring in his opinion were Lords Zetland and Stanhope. It was reported that Boswell has been excelling his stablemate, Omaha, in their private trials. Owner Woodward did not attend the luncheon. No American-owned horse has won the Derby since Richard Crokers Orby triumphed in 1907 at 100 to 9. ..-a
