MOKE BUILDING IN TJ. S. WASHINGTON, D. C, May 26. According to figures issued by the bureau of labor statistics, building construction permits in April totaled 21,783,997. This was the largest monthly figure sinci May, 1931, and is an increase of 10 per cent over the total for March of this year. Residential construction was said to be 96.8 per cent greater , than in April, 1935.
