I ROCKINGHAM PARK NOTES $ . Tom Thorpe, presiding steward during the New Hampshire Jocky Club meeting, has requested that the placing judges call for photographs of the finish in all races in which the leading horses are separated by three quarters of a length or less to eliminate all arguments on the placing of horses at the finish. Joe Phillips is en route from New York with five horses including Mantagna, the sturdy Vice Sweep Natica gelding. Gordon Morrow, custodian of the jockey room, reports that there are fifty-five jockeys now on the grounds. Sam Rushton arrived from Narragansett with three horses.
