HEADLEY INSPECTS KEENELAND Track Will Be Ready for Training Work on July 1 Progress in Completing Buildings. LEXINGTON, Ky., May 23. President Headley was at Keeneland Track this morning for an inspection. He announced that the main track has been completely arranged as to top soil, sanding and fencing, and that it will be ready for use on July 1. On that date the plant is to be opened for horses to enter training. President Headley further said that memberships in the club of Keeneland Association are coming in in a very gratifying manner and that the association is assured of an excellent club future. There are two forms of membership life at 00 and associate at 0 annually. Splendid progress is being made in the completion of the grandstand, club house and paddock, and in the landscaping and road building. Next to be done is the building of six more stables, seven having been completed several weeks ago, and ready foi use July 1.
