NOTED LEXINGTON VISITORS LEXINGTON, Ky., May 28. Charles McLennan, noted racing secretary, his wife and Roy "Boots" Dickerson, well-known starter, are here today from Hot Springs, where they have been resting. They arc to meet, Roy Carruthers, managing director of Arlington Park and Washington Park, Chicago, who will arrive here Friday morning. The meeting will be relative to the forthcoming meetings at Washington Park and Arlington Park.
