RULING AT WOODBINE PARK TORONTO, Ont, May 30. The following ruling was handed down by the stewards of the Ontario Jockey Club at Woodbine Park oh Saturday: "On the report of the analyst, Dr. G. H. W. Lucas that the saliva test taken of the horse Plain Ben, winner of the seventh race on Wednesday, May 27, Showed a stimulant had been administered, and trainer J. H. Black, Jr., has been notified to appear at the next meeting of the I. C. R. A. In the meantime all entries of horses trained by J. H. Black, Jr., will not be accepted."
